The other day I bought some flowers for a neighbors flower bed by her mail box. She hates outside work and had really nice brick flower beds on either side of the mail box with weeds growing in them. It bothered me more than it did her but today Jordan and I fixed that.
We bought some red verbena and some white ones too. They grow well with very little attention given to them and the butterflies LOVE them
So...first we planted our tomato plants and that's the end of our garden planting. We did beans, cucumbers and zucchini the other day. Oh, and today we also picked our first raddishes. YUM YUM Raddish sandwich for lunch.
Now we are to get rain tonight so I don't even have to water the new plants.
